Refund & Cancellation Policy

ADHD Clinical Academy

Enrolment onto any course provided by ADHD Clinical Academy constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

No refunds will be issued once a course has been attended, accessed, commenced, or completed.

Completion of a course does not in itself confer authority to independently diagnose, prescribe, or practise outside an individual’s professional scope. Delegates remain responsible for ensuring compliance with their professional registration, indemnity arrangements, employer policies, governance frameworks, and relevant regulatory guidance.

Cancellation or transfer requests made more than 28 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a £60 administration fee to cover transaction and administrative costs.

Cancellation or transfer requests made between 14 and 28 days before the course start date will incur a charge of 50% of the course fee.

Cancellation or transfer requests made less than 14 days before the course start date are non refundable.

Where reasonably possible, delegates may transfer to an alternative course date subject to availability.

Delegate names and booking details may be amended provided this does not require replacement course materials or packs to be issued.

ADHD Clinical Academy reserves the right to amend course dates, faculty, speakers, or delivery arrangements where reasonably necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation by ADHD Clinical Academy, a full refund or alternative course date will be offered.

Digital Content & Live Course Delivery

Certain courses may include downloadable resources, digital materials, on demand content, live online teaching, or preparatory course content.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where access to digital content, course materials, downloadable resources, or live teaching has been provided, you acknowledge that the service has commenced and that statutory cancellation rights may no longer apply.

For live online courses, access may include provision of preparatory materials, digital resources, downloadable content, or attendance at any live teaching session.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refunds Will Not Normally Be Issued For

• Change of mind after access has been granted
• Failure to complete the course
• Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference or expectations
• Inability to attend due to rota changes, workload, annual leave issues, sickness, or personal circumstances
• Lack of time or subsequent change in circumstances
• Incorrect course selection or professional suitability concerns identified after purchase
• Later determination that regulatory, supervision, governance, scope of practice, or indemnity requirements are not met

Refunds May Be Considered Only Where

• Access to digital content or course materials has not yet been provided, or
• A verified technical fault prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved

Any such requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties, you must contact us promptly so reasonable attempts can be made to resolve the issue. Refunds will not normally be granted where access problems relate to incompatible devices, internet connectivity, software configuration, or user error.

Misrepresentation

ADHD Clinical Academy reserves the right to refuse refunds where eligibility, professional role, professional background, or intended use of the training was materially misrepresented at the point of booking.
